Overview

  • Approved by the school board on May 11th, 2022

  • Open to students enrolled at Sargent Central Public School in grades 4-12

  • The NASP (National Archery in the Schools Program) safety regulations are strictly followed

  • Student handbook policies regarding participation in school activities apply

Equipment

  • Provided to the students by the school

practices

  • Practice begins around the second week of December

  • Two practices per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Tournaments

  • Area tournaments are held throughout the state during the archery season

  • The state tournament is typically held in Minot in the middle of March with the national archery competition held sometime in June
