Pee-Wee Wrestling

 

Overview

  • Pee-Wee Wrestling for boys and girls in grades PreK - 2nd and 3rd-6th is available at the Oakes Public School

  • On March 12th, 2024, the school board approved school-provided transportation to and from Pee-Wee Wrestling practices at Oakes for Sargent Central students in grades 3-6 with the first year of transportation starting during the 2024-2025 school year

3rd - 6th grade practices - 2024-2025 season

  • Start Date: Thursday, February 27th

    • Sargent Central students begin: Monday, March 3rd

  • Practices Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday from 3:30 to 4:30 pm in Oakes

  • Transportation:

    • The school will provide transportation to and from practice for students in grades 3-6

    • Bus departure time: 3:05 PM for each practice

PreK - 2nd grade practices - 2024-2025 season

  • Start Date: Tuesday, March 4th

  • Practice Schedule: Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:10 pm in Oakes

  • Transportation:

    • The school does not provide transportation for PreK - 2nd grade

  • Parent Requirement: A parent/guardian must stay at practice for this age group

wrestling Meets

  • Schedule: Meets/tournaments are held on weekends

  • Attendance: Optional for all participants

  • Transportation: The school does not provide transportation to and from wrestling meets for any age group
