On May 8th, 2024, the Sargent Central Public School Board approved a track facility quote from Fisher Tracks, Inc. of Iowa. Project Track is anticipated to be completed before school begins again on August 21st, 2024.

Project Track Overview

• Between the current Sargent County athletic coop of Milnor, North Sargent, and Sargent Central Public School, an appropriate track complex does not exist

• Track is the only sport within the athletic coop that does not have a proper facility

• The ND Land and Water Conservation grant has been secured and awarded

  • Grant is a 50/50 matching grant with an award of $650,000

• Donations above and beyond our goal may be used on additional alternative project options such as a new parking lot, concession/bathroom updates

• All sponsors will be acknowledged at the track facility with premier-level sponsors considered for naming rights of individual components of the facility with Sargent Central School Board approval
